My role as a coach is to teach you skills, motivate you to incorporate those skills into your daily life, and help you stay on track with a high level of accountability.

Coaching is a Collaborative Process
We start with creating a clear vision for the life you want. We will look objectively at where you are now and the changes that need to be made to get you where you want to be. New perspectives are explored and expanded options are generated as we uncover the obstacles that limit your progress. Finally, we will construct a custom-designed plan to help you achieve the life you always hoped for.
I will give you real, down-to-earth and highly effective feedback focused on getting you where you need to go as quickly as possible. I will provide the new information, skills, and “homework,” necessary for the positive changes you decide to make.
Between our sessions, I offer “Ask Me Anything” calls to give you the support and accountability you need to maintain the your progress.
